RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE
Time Travel LLC acts only as an agent for the passenger with respect to all transportation, hotels, and all matters of reservations and tour operation. We and our agents accept no responsibility for loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity, expense, or liability caused by the defect of any vehicle or negligence or default of any independent contractors, their employees, agents, or representatives. Nor do we accept responsibility for losses or delays arising from sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, war, acts of terrorism, weather conditions, or acts of God.
All such losses or expenses shall be borne by the tour participant, as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated and as described on this website and on each individual tour planned over the internet and in person.
We reserve the right to substitute services, features, and hotels of similar quality without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which case the entire payment will be refunded without further obligation on our part. We likewise reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any tour participant at any time without being under any obligation to assign any reason. In the event of the exercise of this right, we shall be under no liability to such person(s) except to refund such amount as our absolute discretion deems reasonable to attribute to the uncompleted portion of the tour. No refund will be made for the unused portion of any tour unless arrangements are made in sufficient time to avoid penalties. Baggage is carried at the owner’s risk entirely.
It is understood that air, ship, or train tickets, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the passenger and carrier concerned. The airlines and all other transportation companies involved in this tour are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time that the passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. All services are subject to the laws of the country in which they are rendered.
The tour participant agrees, on behalf of himself/herself, his/her dependents, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to abide by the above conditions and to release and hold harmless Time Travel LLC and any of their representatives from any and all liability for any delays, damage, loss, injury, or death occurring in relation to this tour. Any payment constitutes an agreement by the individual tour participant with the terms and conditions contained herein.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
This trip has been organized by Ginger Aarons for Time Travel LLC for you, the client. Please read this information carefully, as payment of a deposit represents your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Reservation and Payment
A deposit of $1000 per person confirms your reservation. You will receive your reservation confirmation by mail within 30 days of receipt of your deposit. If you make your reservation after the final payment due date, payment in full will be required when you make your reservation. Final payment is due 90 days prior to trip departure, and an invoice will be sent in advance of this date.

For international travel, recalculation of exchange rate occurs 90 days before travel. This is reflected in final payment documents if there is any significant change. 

Cancellations and Refunds
Trip cancellation insurance (with no exclusion clauses) is required and may be purchased through Time Travel LLC, with IMGlobal as our preferred supplier, Berkshire Hathaway Travel Insurance, or another carrier. Please note that to ensure coverage due to any pre-existing medical conditions you must purchase insurance within 7 days of your initial deposit.
In the event that you must cancel, your deposit is refundable (minus a $500 processing fee) up to 90 days prior to departure. Cancellations must be received in writing. After 90 days prior to departure, no refund will be made unless a substitute participant is obtained. No refund for cancellations made less than 90 days prior to departure. There is no refund for any unused portion of the trip.
Changes in US currency may affect your price at the time of the final invoice. Final pricing will be established 100 days prior to departure. The price has been determined in accordance with currency calculations as of the time of deposit and the itinerary accepted by the traveler.

Client Conduct, Contract Integrity, and Communication Policy
Time Travel LLC acts as your exclusive travel tour operator and handles all reservations, negotiations, and communications with hotels, suppliers, and vendors on your behalf. You agree not to independently contact hotels, airlines, ground operators, or any other suppliers to attempt to breach, alter, circumvent, or renegotiate reservations, contracts, or agreements made by Time Travel LLC. Such actions include (but are not limited to) direct calls, emails, or messages intended to modify terms, cancel reservations without our involvement, or create conflicting instructions that cause confusion or doubt with our partners.
Any breach of this provision constitutes a material breach of contract. In addition to any other remedies available under law, you agree to pay a contract breach penalty of $500.00 per incident. This penalty compensates for the administrative burden, potential loss of supplier relationships, and extra work required to restore order to your booking.

After-Hours & Texting Communication
Our standard office hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday. Any after-hours contact (outside these hours) that is not pre-authorized, along with any intimidating, harassing, or aggressive texts/emails during early mornings (before 8:00 AM) or late nights (after 8:00 PM PT), will incur a $50.00 fee per occurrence.
Optional Texting Time Package — For clients who desire greater flexibility, we offer a $500.00 per booking “Texting Time Package”. This package provides pre-authorized after-hours texting support during planning and throughout the trip itself. Purchase of this package must be confirmed in advance and added to your reservation.

Emergency Communication 
Emergency communications are always taken seriously, and we are here to help.  We have many contacts for doctors, lawyers or any other help you may need while abroad.  There is no charge for this and we want you to know that your safety is our highest concern. 

Time Travel Heritage App
Tour participants and individual travelers receive free access to the Time Travel Heritage communication app for group updates, itinerary information, emergency coordination, and direct messaging with our team. Abuse of the app, including (but not limited to) abusive, harassing, or inappropriate language, spamming, or any behavior that disrupts the experience of other participants, will result in immediate revocation of app privileges with no refund.
Any changes requested by the client, or any emails/communications that require additional work, revisions to the itinerary, rebooking, or extra coordination, will incur a $100.00 administrative fee per email or per change request (unless covered under a separate agreement).
These fees are payable immediately and may be deducted from any refund owed or charged to the card on file.

What’s Included / Not Included
Includes: Hotel accommodations based on two people sharing a room with a private bath, hotel service charges, tips and gratuities, taxes; group airport transfer; ground transportation; meals per itinerary; local guides; entrance fees; services of professional tour leader from Ginger Aarons of Time Travel LLC.
Tour Price Does Not Include: Airfare; required travel insurance; immunizations and prescription medications required for travel; visa/passport processing costs; individual airport transfers; beverages; use of hotel telephone; laundry; meals, tours, and entrance fees not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
Purchase of nonrefundable services outside of the tour itinerary (such as airline tickets) before a minimum number of guests have registered is at the sole risk and expense of the guest.
Scheduled Activities
Every effort will be made to provide such services as listed, but where unavoidable circumstances necessitate changes, the best substitute alternatives will be made at the discretion of Time Travel LLC.
Physical Capabilities
The tour includes a moderate amount of walking and occasional use of stairs or steeply sloped pathways. Walking surfaces may be uneven or unpaved. We also offer wheelchair-accessible options at a modified activity level to make our tours more inclusive. Smoking is not permitted on vehicles, inside accommodations, or restaurants. Seat rotation on the vehicle is encouraged. Contact us with any questions regarding accessibility or activity levels — we are happy to help and will work with you to find the best fit.
Refunds & Insurance Claims
If you are due any refund of any type, Time Travel LLC and the companies it represents can take up to 6 weeks to process your claim. If you have a claim with IMGlobal, Berkshire Hathaway Travel Insurance, or any other insurance company, all claims go directly through the insurance company. We are happy to facilitate but have no jurisdiction over insurance decisions.
